Bar Needed
I really need to find a bar the will want me to sell some awesome BBQ on Saturday night. I have a few orders for BBQ this week and would like to max out my smoker's foot print to make some extra cash. I'm on the hunt. I'll check in Mebane first since it's my home town. Maybe there's a place in Burlington that is busy on Saturday nights.

I dunno if that's such a great idea.. first, it's hard to find a bar in your area that is privately owned, no corporate owned place will allow it.
ReplyDeleteI recently went to a bar where some guy was doing this, the staff never mentioned it (like they were supposed to) so the guy had to run around to patrons and pitch it himself. The problem is 30 percent thought he was coming up to hit on them, 20% thought he was a drunk trying to con them for beer money, and the rest thought he was a religious nut about to preach to them.
If you DO find a place that lets you do it, make sure they allow you to put up obvious signage and get them to sign a contract for their staff to promote you.
